I was a little nervous about setting up the barcode part and thought I’d probably have to ask support, but the docs were super clear. I found what I needed quickly and got it done without any hassle. if you’re setting this up, I’d definitely recommend checking the documentation first, it’s actually written in a way normal people can follow.

I wasn’t 100% sure I’d ordered the right thing at first, so I reached out to ask about the guarantee and refund option.
They got back to me quickly and didn’t make it awkward or complicated at all :) Just explained what they could do and handled it in a really straightforward way.
